When the “Plex needs local network access” appears, the iOS pop up asking to allow this doesn’t appear. The network access permission cannot even be allowed through Settings->Privacy->Local Network, as the plex app is not in the list of apps that have requested permission. Therefore plex app won’t play over local network.
