iOS App no longer requesting Local Network access permission and so the server appears offline

Server Version#: Latest
Player Version#: Latest

Since the release of iOS 16.1 when setting-up a new iPad the iOS App is no longer requesting Local Network access permission. Thus, the App can properly sign-in (plex account) but cannot find the Plex Server on the local network which appears offline.

To workaround this issue, I’ve also tried to configure the server address manually to force the App requesting the local network access permission but it doesn’t unfortunately.

Plex Client installed on previous iOS versions keep the Local Network access permission and thus continue to work perfectly.

This issue only concerns Plex Client installed on brand-new iPad with iOS versions 16.1 or 16.2 as of today (both versions have been tested).

Hope this can be fixed with the next Plex Client release for iOS devices.

Thank you

Experiencing the same on a brand new iOS device.

On login it should ask to authorize local network access as it did on one of my device but not the brand new one.
