Plex needs local network access - iPadOS 17.7

Hi All,

Latest Plex app update installed on iPad running iPadOS 17.7 in the last day or so, and no matter what I do it asks for Local Network Access - which is enabled.

I can’t see any attempt to connect to the plex server (which is on the same subnet).

Bug, or dodgy operator?
