I am trying to sync a video from my server(V 1.5.5.3634), to my Ipad 2(Plex app V4.11), and after it converts, it does not download. I see other people have posted with this same issue, has anyone been able to resolve this??
I can watch the “Sync Status” on my server, and after it converts, it indicates “Waiting to be downloaded”, and does nothing. I’ve tried to uninstall the IOS app, reinstall the IOS app, and delete the device from the server, to no avail
