iOS beta trying to watch any show goes straight to next episode screen?

Anyone else experiencing an issue on latest iOS/tvos beta (only just got into the tvOS beta today, so this is my first experience) whereby if I try and watch any tv show where I’ve previously watched an episode it just goes straight to the next episode screen and counts down tries to play next episodes but then that also just instantly stays on next episode screen but this time selects back to the previous episode?

Hope this makes sense. On my phone at the moment but will try and grab a debug log / video or something soon.

Edit - if I switch back to ‘use old video player’ it then starts to work as expected.

Please find attached a debug log, look at 10:22 not at 10:15. Looks like some sort of networking issue?

i don’t get this on the non beta app or when using ‘old video player’.
