The new ios app is a downgrade compared to the old app when playing videos in full screen mode. I think everyone using iPhone would like the feature back where you can full screen a video so it fits all of the screen at least on iPhone. The same feature is available on youtube and its called “Zoomed to fill”. Please add this feature back.
I believe this is incorrect, when playing a title. Tap Display, Tap Ellipsis ⋮ bottom left, Select Playback Options, Display mode, Zoom tap top of display to return to Title. That now sticks for future viewing.

thanks. However it’s not intuitive like before by tapping or zooming with two fingers.
I believe there is future development coming. 
Can we assume this will come to Android too?
