Player Version#: iPhone 11, Software Version 13.4.1, Plex App version 7.0
Network: LinkSys Velop 3 Nodes, iPhone connected via WIFI, iMac on Ethernet, both on same subnet.
Using the iOS Plex App, the Media Library on the is visible. I can select albums. When I try to play a track, nothing happens, except that an the orange “circle” quicks swirling endlessly and, of course, no music plays.
I’ve tried everything listed in the “Why can’t my app connect to server”, but still no luck.
Strangely enough, when I first installed Plex 2 weekends ago, it was working. To the best of my knowledge, nothing has changed in the set-up, but obviously something must have changed.
I would be most grateful for anyone’s assistance.
