Using the Plex app on iOS no longer shows any DVR guide EPG data. It is blank and only shows the channel name in the guide. Using the Plex app on Xbox or Roku shows the guide data correctly. Uninstall and reinstall of the Roku app on iOS does not fix the issue.
The DVR guide is over the air using a HD Homerun device.
I am experiencing the same issue. I had to browse to find the content I was looking for on the mobile device. The EPG works correctly on my Mac using the Plex app, just none of the mobile iOS devices I have provide program guide data. Weird.
Same issue here. Live tv has been very frustrating with iOS/tvOS lately 
Same Plex versions here, same behavior on iOS (iPhone & iPad) and also tvOS (Apple TV 4K). Web player works as expected. I have refreshed the guide data, disabled IPv6 support, tried just about everything with no change in behavior.
Please help us urgently!
Does anyone from Plex have any updates on this issue?
Odd, the guide seems to be working now on iPhone at least. I don’t see any app or server updates though.
