iPad say server is offline.....but I am on via webpage?

Hello,

Can anyone help, I am on the webpage updating some movie titles on my plex/nas server.
But according to iPad next to me my server if offline ??? How when I am on it ?
I have tried logging out and back in but to no avail.

This is shown on web page:-
Fully accessible outside your network
You can access this server from signed-in Plex apps or in a browser at https://plex.tv/web.

But I can’t :frowning:
