Can't Access Plex Server from any other device

Server Version#:0.9.7.12
Player Version#:0.9.7.12 (not sure what the difference between the two is)

I installed Plex Server on my Windows 10 PC. I can access medial just fine on that computer. I am unable to access the Plex Server from my iPad (or any other device for that matter). My computer is listed in the More menu, but it says it’s offline. I did an AppStore update on my iPad Plex app, and instead of saying the computer is offline, there is just an amber exclamation point next to the computer name. My PC is definitely online and on the same local access network. I don’t know how to resolve this.

That server version is not supported since years now.
Download a recent version and update.

Thanks! I downloaded latest version of PlexServer, version 1.21.0.3711-b509cc236. Now, when I try to access my Movies, Home Movies, TV Shows from the iPad, I get an “Unavailable” message. However, the videos play fine on the PC’s Plex Server.

Disregard. I closed out the app and restarted it. Now, the videos load and play on the iPad just fine. I guess I need to check for updates more often.
