The scrolling inside the frames is broken. The left hand menu frame/div struggles to respond to scroll gesture. The main body frame/div refuses to scroll after the first scroll. Page loads and scrolls with touch gesture, then the second scroll action is refused.
Hmmm… found this thread looking for a solution to the same problem. Disappointing this is still an issue after all this time. I guess something as simple as scrolling is not so simple after all.
Same issue here, but it’s not just Settings. Even trying to browse through content is horribly broken. Plex Web is mostly useless on my iPad regardless of the browser I’m using.
We’re aware of the issue. In our investigation we found no easy or trivial fix. We hope to address issues with touch devices (more than just this one) in the future.
Since we are a small team we have to focus our efforts, and our main priority is desktop browsers.
Thanks for responding. My primary device for accessing server settings is an iPad; not a desktop browser. I am hoping the fix for touch devices can be prioritized so this issue can be resolved soon. This issue is still present even with the new UI currently being previewed.
I wonder if the update to iPadOS & Safari will make this a non issue. Anyone have the beta?
Has anyone tried “Request Desktop Version” in Safari’s current version?
