Interface no longer allows scrolling on the left side bar. I can no longer get to the settings. Any help would be appreciated. Mac Safari.
This appears to be a safari issue, I can get a scroll bar on firefox. Anybody else with this problem?
Yes, I have the worst time with this on my iPad using Safari, especially in landscape orientation.

I’ve just looked at my Plex Web w/ Safari 12 on macOS and all scrolling/scrollbars work fine.
I mean that you when you swipe (vertically), the content doesn’t scroll like it should. Not sure how else to describe it.
at least it appears not to be a general issue. works fine on my iPad w/ iOS 12 as well as on macOS 10.14.0/Safari 12 with both current versions of Plex Web (3.71.1 -> hosted online version; 3.67.1 -> version installed with PMS 1.13.8).
Considering you and jelliman talk about 2 different use cases…
can you please share what versions of Safari and macOS / iOS you are currently using respectively?
Also… any differences in this behavior between the hosted and local versions of Plex Web?
iPad Pro, landscape mode, iOS 12.0 (regular release), and Safari (whatever version comes with iOS 12)
The hosted version definitely has this issue. Can’t seem to load the local version – I don’t think Safari will load http://server.local.ip.address:32400/web since it’s not a secure connection.
just make it https://server-local-ip-address>:32400/web instead. should work as long as you’re in your home network.
Tried that, server never responded.
Okay adding a trailing / did the trick. Problem is the same, no way to scroll, though very very occasionally it can be managed and then you can’t.
