iPhone playback doesn't start

It seems Plex server starts the transcoding and it loads. Then I am lucky. I could play the playback for 2s. I see 2 frames and sound in that 2s. Then Plex player goes back to loading.
No problems with Chromecast in a LAN or web players either in LAN or remotely.

I have the debug logs from Plex player.
