MKV File - Error while starting playback

Player Version#:5.84.1 Plattform Version 4

Hi guys,
since the last server update i have an issue while starting playback a mkv video-file.
The error only occure on Plex for Samsung.
No issue with playback the same file on wondows app or on android app.
please have a look at the server-debug-log.

Having same issue on Chromecast with Android TV and Windows via Firefox. Got codec error unavailable error. Seems it is unable to pull the codec from Plex as it needs to from time to time.

9 Days an still no answer… does anybody from plex support team care about it?
