I have multiple users that I share with that primarily play music with the Plex app on their phones both on WiFi and off of WiFi with their cellular data. Lately I have an iPhone 8 user that always experiences buffering or a song will stop all together. None of my friends that have Android devices such as Google Pixel or Samsung Galaxy S10 devices have any issues. They are all using Verizon towers and their download speeds are sufficient. I have tried a lot of things on my end from rebooting the server, to optimizing the database. The iphone user uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that didn’t help.
Anybody experience anything like this before or have any ideas as to what I can do to resolve or troubleshoot this?
