iPhone13 HDR videos causing stuttering and messed up colors on windows

Server Version#: 1.32.0.6918
Player Version#: 1.67.2.3705-db506a00

When trying to play videos taken from my iPhone13 PRO which are 4k HDR, the Plex client on windows stutters constantly every second and the video has all sorts of rainbow colors and looks messed up (like rainbow colors).

The server says it’s direct playing both the video (4k DoVi/HLG (HEVC Main 10) and the audio (Unknown AAC Stereo).

However, I removed the audio and the video plays smoothly and the coloring now looks fine, but it changes the orientation from portrait to landscape mode??

Any ideas? Here’s the media info.

Playing with this more, on the Windows client if I disable direct play and only set direct stream, it seems to work. Not sure why this would be the case. The video file I assume should be fine to play on my PC directly. Still not sure why it’s playing portrait mode videos in landscape though.
