Colors are washed up even on non HDR content ( version problem )

UPDATE: the problem only appears on this version of the player
I downgraded to an older ver and it’s working fine like it used to be
still, I would love to keep updating plex if you know how to fix this would be much appreciated

Short ver: is Plex colors are washed up on HDR and even no hdr content see pics below

the issue only appears on the plex windows app ( player ), when played on a browser everything is fine

the issue Only disappears and is fixed on the plex windows app ( player ) when I disable BOTH:

Direct play

Direct stream

but that adds load on my CPU
Note: the issue appeared lately everything was just fine a month ago and I did try to completely reinstall plex and plex server but that did not fix it

I took a side by side comparison with Plex windows app player and Potplayer on the same device/monitor/file and here is how it looks

I was pushed the exact same player update (Version 1.37.0.2706-5b2cfe50) and HDR playback is also broken on my Windows client. Super annoying, hopefully they get it fixed ASAP.
