I just got a premium pass!
I saw on the live TV and DVR site that I could check the possibility for some broadcasts in Germany via T-Com.
Isn’t there any option for IPTV via Plex? I can do DVR with my smart TV.

Plex requires a hdhomerun api or a dvb device. I also use entertain with Plex here in Frankfurt (next to dvb-c). Google for tvhproxy or vdrproxy for Plex.
With that you can emulate the api and use a backend soft like vdr or tvh to create channel lists etc.
