Selecting the checkbox for IPV6 in PMS.
Do I need to forward Port 32400 in IPV6. I already forwarded that in IPV4.
Any gains to be had by using IPV6 ?
Searched for posts on the topic with little luck.

Plex has not provided acceptable ipv6 implementation yet.

Cheers, I’ll uncheck the option in that case.
Seemed to work well remote though.
IPv6 works great with Apple clients. Many other Plex client platforms/apps don’t support IPv6.
No, port forwarding isn’t required for IPv6.
Yes, the port must be allowed through the external firewall.
