Currently I can directly access my plex server's AAAA hostname, which means browser only. I'd love my assorted Android gear to also be able to access it natively on IPv6 with my paid PlexPass, since it fetches the info from plex.tv, which currently only lists an IPv4 address and not even a hostname.

Yes and it starts growing since cable providers only giving out IPv6 (DS-Lite) anymore. IPv4 only for Business contracts.
Is there a way to push this further?

A lot of the providers in Germany are moving to IPv6 and using Carrier NAT for the IPv4. This basically kills the Remote function of plex. I can only imagine that this will become a problem in other places as well, due to everyone moving towards the IPv6 standard. Is this being worked on? Any ETAs or Road Maps that can discussed?
