Really need plex.tv IPv6 support as my cell provider is now IPv6 only. Can't directly access the v6 address using the Android app

And this may be why you got a Plex Pass, but it's not the case for everyone. It's not (by far) the most requested feature.
"Foux", Thank You for your very helpful comments. I am sure that they will contribute to making this product even better. However, unless you are a forum moderator you do not have the right to tell anyone to stop doing anything. Short snappy answers get taken the wrong way sometimes.
I am sure I am not the only one that is having this problem, or will soon have this problem. I am not asking for it to be fixed yesterday, but it would be nice to have some sort of acknowledgment that they even know it is an issue. IPv4 public addresses are running out, and providers have started a IPv6 forced migration. This affects me and others. Be happy that you are not yet affected, but if Germany is doing this then it is only a matter of time before France follows.
It is better to acknowledge the problem before it becomes widespread.
So if anyone with something to say is reading this from Plex... Please chime in.

Not meaning to spam either, but yes: I would also really like to get IPv6. I just checked by the way - I assume in the newer versions of Plex Media Server IPv6 can't be explicitely enabled any more, therefore it's active if the host it's running on has IPv6 enabled?

M isp is moving to IPV6 soon so will need this. Please add it.
I think this topic should have higher priority than others since it's not a 'nice to have' feature what it's being requested, but something that leave many of us out completely. Besides that, technically it should not represent a big change, and that's why we'd love to hear about an ETA for this feature.

It’s not the only feature request that isn’t only “nice to have” as you put it. The token exploit for example concern more people (as it concerns everybody) and is a bigger security flaw. There is absolutely no reason this issue should be given higher priority than any other.
