Is hardware transcoding working with nvidia and the last PMS Version?

I’m still using 1.14.1.5488 and with nvidia 1660 is working flawless.

I am on the latest Plex, public and beta, using a GTX 970 without any issues. I am very happy with how well it is working.

I’m on the current beta of PMS on Windows with a GT 710 and it works flawlessly with the codecs the card supports (2 transcode limit of course).

I just updated to 1.16.1.1291 and I can’t get anything to use hw transcoding at all. My other software is using the GPU and the session limit gets bumped to 32 at startup. So I don’t know what the problem is… I’ll update when I get it working again.

I just reinstalled the current public 1.16.1.1291 and it’s now transcoding streams with HW but not the optimizing conversions.
