hello, I have a h265 streaming device on my network and was hoping to add this a source to my PLEX library for easy access (similar to LIVE TV/DVR). i am currently using VLC player to access the URL. any idea or suggestions… thank you.
Plex itself has no means to do that.
IIRC there’s apps which will act as a wrapper, translating such streams and make them appear like a TV Tuner to Plex (e.g. xTeVe)
thank you, Tom. i will explore this option. any idea if this will work on synology platform?
I’m not aware of the 3rd party app myself (beyond knowing it exists)
