I would like to run up a new server but keep the old one running. Is it possible to do this?
Yes, I do. I have two, soon to be three. Only one runs 24/7 but the other runs occasionally.
The only restriction would be that each Plex would need to be on a separate server. I don’t believe you can run multiple Plex on one server because there is no way to change the listening port.
