I’ve created a new Music library called “Audiobooks” and want to know if there’s a way or a setting I can change so that I can pick up where I left off. I started listening to ‘The Dresden Files’ books on my way to and from work each day but as soon as I stop playing the file, once I start playing the file again it always starts from the beginning. I’ve got a little note pad and pen in my car so I can write down where I left off, then… when I start playing the file again I have to fast forward until I can find the spot I last stopped at. At first it was no big deal because I was just happy it was working but now it is a big deal and a giant hassle. Sometimes it takes me 8-10 minutes before I can get to where I left off.
Does anyone know how I can configure my Plex server so that I can just pick up where I left off like with movies and tv shows? When I stop watching a movie or tv show mid-way, Plex always remembers where I stopped and allows me the option to resume from that exact spot.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
