I currently have just took ownership of 20 years worth of archive videos and wish to host them on a platform with a subscription service . Is plex the service for this ? do i have to host the video files on a seperate service? and can i use plex for a subscription service ? - i have tried searching the forums for like minded questions and im either blind or old and stupid or i just can not find them - thanks for your time all
No, because Plex is forbidding commercial use in its Terms & Conditions.
It therefore also has no accomodations for this type of use, like subscription management and automatic suspension of sharing etc.pp.
