Is Plex finished?

I’ve raised several critical issues with the core functionality of the software that have been corroborated by multiple other users. All falling on deaf ears to Plex support. Does this mean the end of Plex? - sample issue https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/9ahk8i/plex_volume_issues/?st=JLE2X4Z9&sh=691fe5bf

That’s exactly what it means. Forums close in one hour.

Plex does not officially monitor Reddit. Not getting a response means nothing.

Edit - I found your post here in our forum. I’ll provide a comment. Plex Volume issues

It should be - it’s really quite poor! I’ve been flogging this dead horse for a few years now and never had a proper, satisfactory experience with it. There is ALWAYS something not quite right. Suddenly stops working on Fire TV, suddenly stops working on Windows 10, can’t access remotely…the list goes on and on and you NEVER get a straight solution - it’s always some nerdy, mind numbing ‘try this/ send a log’ type thing - life’s just too short to be messing about - too many movies to watch Found Emby thank the Lord - sooooo much better!!!
