Plex Volume issues

Does anyone else have issues with the latest update of Plex on Windows 10 and Xbox One X being really really quiet. Doesn’t matter which codec or how many channels in the source my amp is up to 90% power just to hear movies/tv shows now. What changed? Same material played in vlc is loud on 20% power. Seems lots of people (see my Reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/9ahk8i/plex_volume_issues/?st=JLBAM17X&sh=f76b0032) having same problem

Is Plex finished?

latest update of Plex on Windows 10

Is that Plex Media Player, Windows 10 App, or Plex Web? Please provide the exact version number.

and Xbox One X

Also provide the version number for this too.

How are each device connected?

I had similar issue the other night via PS4 app… I just went into my receiver settings and toggle’d between decode codec and direct then sound jump back full volume.
