Sorry, this is probably a duplicate but I can’t search/find the answer. I have a QNAP TS-453D which is 64-bit and runs QTS 5.2.3.3006. Is Plex no longer supporting this? I fully understand the upgrade to requiring Glibc 2.14.1.
Thanks,
-Scott

Thanks for that help. All my Plex apps (iPhone/iPad) say the QNAP Plex server is not current enough to support their use (need 1.41.2 or newer), but AppleTV Plex Player and MacOS Plex Player are still working fine. Do I just need to wait for a Plex update for QNAP? Plex on QNAP says 1.30.0 with no option to update.
Thanks,

Download this (the master qpkg file).
Go into App Center.
Perform a Manual Install using this file.
App Center will install this as an upgrade.
We are working with QNAP to get PMS updated in App Center.
I’ve been on the Internet since 1986 downloading software from SUMEX-AIM (Stanford) to my dorm room in NH… This is the fastest resolution to a software issue I’ve ever received. I’d love to buy you a coffee if you can tell me how to get a Starbucks card to you (do you drink coffee?). My apps are all up and running fine now!
Thanks,
-Scott
