Sorry, not at the moment.
There is now; you can either mark the entire show with all episodes as played via the three dots or do the same for individual episodes. After that it is also possible to mark them as unplayed.
On iOS? Don’t see anything.
In the iOS app navigate to the podcast and select (tip on) a specific episode. Under the picture there’s a “Play” button; to the far right in that same row there are the three menu dots. Klicking on them brings up the context menu, and on of the options in it is “Mark as player”. A comparable process is available for the entire podcast (“Mark all episodes as played”).
This thread is about plexamp, and not the regular Plex app on iOS.
