I have some courses in plex, with the descriptions in the session summarized every time I rename and move the signs they are deleted.

Is there a method to record a text file with the summary that automatically takes it and also the image?

I’m not totally clear on what you are asking but if mp4 files you can embed metadata in them which the local media assets scanner will pick up.

Plex has no means to create a transcript from your videos.

There’s a feature suggestion discussing an option for Plex to transcribe the audio track of a video… though their focus is on subtitle creation.

Plex can read the summary from embedded meta tags of an MP4 file for episodes.
It cannot do this for seasons or whole series, unfortunately.
