I have a Plex Media server (plexmediaserver_0.9.16.6.1993-5089475_amd64.deb) running on an Ubuntu 14.04 system, talking to a Rasplex player on a Raspberry PI2, which is connected to my TV. Is there a new version of the server that runs natively on the RPI? If so, how do I get it?
It’s not something we officially support but I believe there is someone who hacked one to run on a pi3, have a search around the forums I thought I saw it in here.
You need to post in the right section of the forum, look in the Linux section for 'I have PMS running on a raspberry Pi.
This is the same answer I have given to three other post in the past week!
This is the Rasplex client section of the forums.

Thanks Ned
I just read something on the Plex site about a plex home theater, which ran native on the RPI, but now I can’t find the link… hmmm.
Plex Home Theater has been branched off to OpenPHT because Plex is moving to PMP.
OpenPHT is what you are running on your Raspberry Pi. Its still a client at the end of the day…
You may be digging through old posts. As Ned mentions, if you’re looking to run Plex Media Server on a RPi, you need to go here.
