Disco File Format… Stayin’ Alive, Stayin’ Alive !

Is that the DSD format? If yes why bother? It’s the equivalent of a wav pcm file. Uncompressed stream for editing with no metadata support.
Normal DSF files are supported. I have plenty of them and Plex plays them flawlessly. All metadata are there like the other files.
After checking it seems like it should work using the exiting support for DSD inside Plexamp, have you tried?
Yes, that’s right. I just downloaded a lot of DFF files and tried converting them to other formats like DSF.
Yes, Plexamp plays DSF files perfectly, but not DFF. I also know that DFF is a format without metadata. Anyway, thank you for the reply!
I have the same question. It seems like we just need to add support for .dff format scanning in the Scanner’s code. Why does the current Scanner only support .dsd and .dsf files?
Send over a file and I’ll see if it works, and if so add the extension.
