I’ve not experienced this myself or seen this reported elsewhere.
Can you give any details about your setup? Running the latest plex server?
Are you on the public dashboard or are you in the preview program? With what types of media files are you experiencing this issue? Local or remote content?
Any errors in your logs that look suspicious or that you don’t understand?
The plex community would love to help solve your problem (or at least help you report a bug) but unfortunately this seems to be a pretty limited issue, so we’ll need more info.
