As stated above, I’m having trouble with the softcoded ASS subtitles in all my .mkv’s. Before syncing a season to my android tablet, im pretty sure i have to go to each episodes and set the subtitle to the option that is NOT “None”, most often English (ASS)
Settings - Server - Languages
tick the checkbox at the top, set the options as desired
For this to work as advertised, your audio and subtitle languages must be tagged correctly in the files i.e. they must not read ‘Unknown’
This automatic selection only works until you touch the subtitle selector yourself. From then on your manual selection ‘sticks’.
