Is there a way new way to add the apt repository in Ubuntu 22.04?

I’ve learn that apt-key Is Deprecated.
Is there new instructions to add the repo? so plexmediaserver updates with:
sudo apt get update -y

It’s deprecated but not yet obsolete.

It’s valid for through 22.04

As 22.04 settles, we’ll update the documentation to reflect.

What I hope to do is include everything with the new package (key included) so we can use the new key mechanism.
