i would like to know if is possible to change the home user icons instead of G OR O. Maybe switch to a user photo ?
The users can set their own picture (or you can do so when preparing their managed users):
goto https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/account as the managed user and click Edit next to the Photo section.
