Does anyone know if there is a way to remove a question from the forum? I keep getting notified that there is a question that has been answered, but whenever I click on the notification, it takes me to a question with no responses. The other question I have selected an answer, but the one with no responses seems to think it has an answer. No biggie, but very annoying notification.
First, in the future, you might want to avoid asking questions but rather use “Start a new discussion” to avoid those nearly useless and annoying popups. I find that the notification I get when someone responds to a thread is plenty to alert me to a possible answer.
As far as the current situation you can try responding to the problematic question yourself and mark your response as an answer. You can also post a request that one of the ninjas or Plex employees change that question to a discussion.
