Is there a way to trigger a library scan via URL?

Is there any way I can replicate clicking the Scan Library Files button in the web GUI via an URL? It’s OK to assume that I have a valid Plex login, no need to stuff auth information into the URL as well.

Having such a button in my browser bookmarks bar for example would be a nice time saver after adding new files to a library.

Or just go in setting, library and check Scan my library automatically

The "refresh" URL appears to be broken

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7571 Player Version#: n/a I have a script that manually moves some files into my Plex library file system and at the end, it will trigger a refresh on the library to integrate the newly moved files. Using a link with the format from the support article, it does work. I tried it with your curl command just now and that worked too. (server 1.32.6.7557)

Yeah… you are using a slightly older version than me. This worked about a month ago but I think something is broken in the latest load. If you need this functionality I would avoid upgrading until there is some word on the issue I opened.
