No. You can vote for the feature suggestion, but based on other threads, Plex has no plans to support VR.

There has been no change regarding Plex’s support of VR apps.
The request thread for Plex on Oculus Quest was unceremoniously closed in July, so I am restarting a request! Oculus sold about a million original Quests, and the demand is quoted at “5x” the original for the Oculus Quest 2, which is the first mass-market, self-contained VR headset, and it sold out for the holidays.
Plex already has an android-based VR app from the Oculus Go days, there are tools for developers to port their apps from the Go to the Quest, and the Quest basically is running on …
