Ive been having an issue that I cant resolve for over a week now. Some people have tried helping but there is still no resolution. I could use a phone call or something… Maybe share my desktop or something.

Just taking a guess on the what your screenshot represents but I’d say you are using a Plex account that is not tied to any Plex Media Servers; just Plex online sources. Am I right?
What happens when you click on this link? Does it give you additional dialogs?
