Hi, I have looked through the questions but cant find anything to help. I have subscribed to plex pass but didn’t read the “small print” Is my TV Tuner going to work - Hauppauge WIN TV NOVA TD-500 DVB-T. When I try and set up the DVR it doesn’t find it. Simple answer please…I’m not a computer wizard! YES/NO…!!
According to the support docs it is not among the supported tuners: Supported DVR Tuners and Antennas
Thanks for that. Are these cards likely to be supported do you think? There seem to be lots of people asking the same question?
You could take a look through the Community Supported Tuners forum to see what people are having luck with. It’s possible someone has got it working which could make it easier to officially support, but there is no timeline for support on particular tuners.
Obviously opting into the community tuners is for people who are more experienced with those devices, but could be worth a look around.
