Is this possible

We can install Android applications to both Windows and Mac — is it possible to link those applications to our clients via plex ?So lets say I have a video source in an Android APK can I push it through to plex clients as a source like I would a video file ?

I am confused by this. Can you explain in more detail what you are trying to do?

Plex can link to any content on the server can it also link to any program on the server ?

Nutshell:
Plex is a media server. It serves files from their storage location to your display devices, preparing them, if necessary, for playback.
Plex can also use ‘Channels’ - unsupported applications that do various things most of which are playing internet based material that Plex will prepare, if necessary, for playback.
Plex is not a remote desktop application for your computer.

Plex Media Server catalogs your media files. It doesn’t see all files. If you are trying to use Plex as a launcher, no you can’t do that with Plex.

How can you install Android apps to MacOS or Windows??

I don’t know about Macs but on Windows there is an emulator called BlueStack that will run Android programs.
