Issue connecting to Roku app

Server Version#: 1.30.2.6563

Installed Plex Media server yesterday and logged into the Roku app. I am able to see the media server on my local host with no issues but when i try to connect i get this.

[Server Name] is Currently unavailable
Please verify that the server is running and has a network connection.

I have the media server on my PC (Windows 10) directly connected to my router via Ethernet with my Roku connected to my wifi

I tried on a couple tvs/couple rokus and get the same error.

I tried to look this up but nothing is working.

Verify that Windows has classified the network connection as “Private” and not “Public”.
