SERVER is Currently Unavailable remotely (except on computers and phone)

Server Version#: 1.41.3.9314
Player Version#: 7.29 build 15 (on Roku tv)

My server is running on a pc. Remote access is turned on, and manually specify port is checked (32400). It shows:
Private 192.168.1.3 : 32400 - GREEN - Public xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx : 32400 - RED - Internet

I’m able to access the server remotely on my phone and computer. They’re both connected to the same wi-fi as my roku tv. But, for whatever reason, the roku tv shows the “SERVER is Currently Unavailable” message. Please help.

Things I’ve tried:
Updated everything
Deleted and reinstalled the Plex app
Secure connections set to PREFERRED on Plex Server
Allow insecure connections set to ALWAYS on Plex App (Roku tv)
I’ve looked for a related setting on the tv itself, but can’t seem to find anything (Samsung NU6900)

Can we start with a screenshot of the network settings on the TV, and on the Server PC? (Including local IP addresses)
