Hi all, thanks for reporting this issue.
I think we have a fix for certain devices (predominantly iPhone 14 / 14 Pro) not prompting for local network access now. That fix will be in version 8.23.
For those on the beta program that will most likely be available around 19th July, with App Store release around 2nd August.
