Issue - Playlist sharing - notifications not sent to users

When Sharing playlist with users, they do not receive email notifications nor in player notifications

Do they have New Media Shared with you enabled in Notification settings in the mobile app. This should send a push notification to mobile when sharing a playlist

Yes they have all the library containing the media list in the playlist shared.

The account managing the server has a lifetime license, the users are free users.

I tried to share with 3 accounts directly by selecting the account, and also by email. None of the accounts have received a email or a notification (smart TVs, android TV and web player checked).

All accounts access the server locally-ish (LAN through S2S VPN)

There isn’t an email for new media access such as for playlist or other single items. Do they have this enabled? the notification will be a push to mobile. That one does not appear in other ways.
