Sending push notifications on Library updates

I have my kids all access to my Plex server, and in Setting > General and Push Notifications is enabled, all I get is when somebody uses a new device to access it, but when I add a new Video File, can it send a push notification to all in my users of the new video file added?
This is running on a Synology DS1019+ and recently updated to the above version
