I have the AVerTV Volar Hybrid Q installed on my Windows machine running Windows 10. I have the latest PMS v1.7.2 installed. Windows installed and operates the AVerTV stick just fine. Channels scanned and play fine in that particular software. In Plex, going to Settings>DVR (beta), sometimes it sees it, and when it does it will ask to scan channels, then hang. Usually after restarting PMS, it sees the stick, but will still error out on scanning channels. I posted the same issue on another post from @Beelzebozo , just wanted to start a new one to get the ball rolling on this. I’ve also attached my logs here. Hope we can find a resolution.
The live tv and dvr function make Plex Pass a really amazing tool, just hope to get over this hurdle. Thanks.
