I did autoupdate to 1.0.2 and it introduced funny CEC issue - when i turned everything off (with TV/head remote) it rPI started AVR again and it turned again TV and everything cycled in the loop. I did not really care as i watch 3 shows a week, but today i just could not get system out of the loop, si kinda frustrated i updated to 1.0.3 using clean install from setup, but unfortunately issue is still there.
Did anything change in CECclient or how Plex does cec? It worked in this same setup without issue before update.
Check your CEC settings in Preferences->System->Input devices-Peripherals

Superweirdly, i just opened it, did not change anything, settings save and it looks like it works as it should. Tech stuff 
I guess these quirks are part of using stuff like plex+pi or any other not mainstream tech (or mainstream android phones 
) like this.
Today it happened again and i figured it out - it happens when i pause playback and hit power off, when i stop playback everything stays off.
